Course Cancellation Policy

Deposits due at booking are non-refundable

• Cancellations made more than 2 weeks before a course start date will receive a full refund, less a 5% "Administration fee."

• Cancellations made within 2 weeks of a course will be eligible for no refund.

• If Body Boat Blade cancels a course at any time due to foul weather, or extenuating circumstances, all students are eligible for a 100% refund, or you can switch to the next available course dates.

• If the customer cancels their course, regardless of the timeline, they will be eligible to switch their course to the next available date on the calendar. We reserve the right to choose which course you will be switched into, if space is limited.

• All cancellations must be in writing and charged amount is determined upon the date of receipt.
