Equipment Rentals
Body Boat Blade International is committed to providing the highest quality
gear for our students, qualified renters, and those looking to demo a boat. We
believe good gear that fits can go a long way in increasing your skills and fun
on the water. We have a variety of boats from
Sea Kayaking UK (previously known as Nigel Dennis Kayaks and NDK), Impex and Necky in our fleet, a great selection of
LENDAL and Werner paddles,
Snapdragon spray decks, Kokatat
outerwear, NRS wetsuits,
and a number of other great products. All of are kayaks and equipment are
maintained with the eager beginner to the serious paddler in mind.
How do I go about renting? What Qualifications do I need?
The San Juan Islands are known for strong currents, advanced paddling
conditions, and cold water! For safety reasons, Body Boat Blade can only rent
equipment to EXPERIENCED paddlers. Please contact us to discuss our

Rental Terms:

A $50.00 non-refundable and non-transferable rental fee is required to hold
your boat. This fee will be applied towards your total rental fee.

Body Boat Blade requires a $500.00 damage deposit or credit card deposit for
each rental.

Renters are responsible for full replacement value of any equipment damaged or
lost.
